Our role includes, but not limited to the following:
Initial Consultation
We will discuss your overall wedding day & weekend budget, Identify the objectives and advising accordingly
We will discuss your specific needs and expectations for the wedding day & other events (welcome party, rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch, and or shore excursions)
We will discuss your overall vision and details for the wedding day & other events
Unlimited contact via phone and email from the time of signed contract
Unlimited in-person meetings, for all your wedding needs
Guided tour of venues for your ceremony & reception
Vendor selections from our preferred list and your venue’s preferred list that meet your needs
Floral & Decor design & styling, (Refer to Event Design & Decor of this presentation)
Plus everything in Wedding Management listed below (f/k/a Day of Coordination)
Guidance on catering of menu selections for you and your guests
Custom Wedding Day Timeline development with you, your vendors and venue
We will arrange vendor appointments for food and cake tastings and accompany you to those appointments
We will negotiate discounted hotel rates and room blocks for you and your out of town guests
We will provide assistance in arranging all transportation needs for the wedding day & weekend
We will accompany you to all final detailing appointments with vendors and venue
Recommendations of local activities and special events for you and your out of town guests
As your event designer & decor provider, our role includes, and is not limited to the following:
We will ensure your wedding design has a cohesive feeling from beginning to end. From developing the overall style and story of your wedding to executing fine personal details, we handle all design-related areas with careful thought and purpose. We help you sort through all of your ideas and offer guidance on how to filter, enhance, and translate them into a unique event that is completely reflective of your taste and personalities.
After we establish a design concept that represents your vision for the wedding, we generate ideas on how to thread your style and your story through to each visual element of your wedding. We offer ideas on unique presentation and meaningful details and find the sources and vendors that will best execute the ideas. We work closely with you to make sure that all the pieces of the puzzle come together seamlessly.
As your Wedding Management Coordinator, our duties include but not limited to the following:
Final coordinating services will begin approximately 45 days prior to your event (we will contact you at this time to finalize)
Initial meeting with the couple to gather information and take over remaining coordination leading up to the wedding day.
We will confirm services/orders with all vendors and venue(s)
We will conduct final walk through of venue(s) & wedding rehearsal up to 2 hours (arranged by SKW, typically the day before event)
We will orchestrate the set up & break down of ceremony & reception locations & layout, including client’s personal wedding decor
We will assist Bride, Groom, and Wedding Party with line up for ceremony and reception
We will act as liaison between the wedding party and the vendors and venue(s)
We will provide Itineraries of the wedding day for the wedding couple and their bridal party
We will provide a “Day Of” checklists and reminders
We will ensure that the day flows smoothly
Handle any last minute emergencies
Distribute final payments to vendors
Service rates are customized based on couple’s needs, location(s) of event(s), anticipated attendance and overall event(s) budget.
